Processes and Shipping

PROCESSING TIME

We have a small number of in stock sizes that will be shipped within 2 business days.

In stock rings can be resized, this will take an extra 7-14 days. Just let us know your size if its not in stock already.

For all other "Custom Made for You" pieces, the estimated production time is 4-6 weeks.

If you do require a rush order, please contact us and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated.

SHIPPING

Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. All items require a signature upon delivery, or if you selected local pickup, you will be able to collect from our Head Office at 77 Rokeby Road, Subiaco.

We can ship internationally, please email us for a quote.

Exchanges and Warranty

Please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund for simple change of mind or an incorrect selection.

7 day exchanges are available for fine jewellery only (ready made items) - not bespoke pieces.

At Diamond Collective, we stand by our craftsmanship and all pieces are carefully vetted before being delivered to a client. In the case of a manufacturing fault, we offer a 12 month manufacturing warranty. This does not include general wear and tear. Please see our Terms of Service page for more information.
