Shipping policy

Diamond Collective offers free standard shipping on all online orders delivered within Australia.

All in-stock online orders are delivered within 2 - 14 days depending on the item and location of delivery.

If the item that you purchase is in stock, it will be shipped within 2-4 business days. For all other "Custom Made for You" pieces, the estimated production time is 4-6 weeks.

If you do require a rush order, please contact us and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated.

Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. All items require a signature upon delivery, or if you selected local pickup, you will be able to collect from our Head Office in Murray Street, Perth by appointment.

We also ship internationally, please email us for a quote.

Shipping for repairs/re-sizing

In the event that a piece needs repairs or re-sizing, all items must be delivered to our office in Perth CBD. If a courier is needed then all delivery fees are a client’s sole responsibility.

We are able to organise a courier on your behalf and quote accordingly upon request if required.

- During sale periods Diamond Collective may take up to 7 days to process and post your item
- Diamond Collective is offering complimentary shipping on all items : Standard tracked courier
- Diamond Collective is not responsible for delays, damages or inconvenience caused by the third party courier.
- Diamond Collective does not offer returns for change of mind
- Diamond Collective is unable to hold items
- It is the buyers responsibility to note if the item is in stock or if the item will need to be crafted which can take up to 8 weeks from payment.
