Where does DC source their diamonds from?

At DC we source from all over the globe to find you the most beautiful diamonds. Rest assured, all of our diamonds are conflict free and ethically sourced.

Will my diamond come with a certificate?

Absolutely! At Diamond Collective we provide a GIA certificate for your diamond, and IGI certificate for lab grown diamonds.

How often should I get my jewellery checked by a professional?

We advise getting you jewellery professionally checked every 6-12 months. However, if your piece gets knocked or takes impact please contact us to schedule an assessment as soon as possible.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, you can schedule your initial consultation via our Contact page.

Do you have a minimum spend?

Our stunning bespoke wedding bands start from $1,500.
Our completely bespoke jewellery starts from $3,500.

What warranty does DC offer?

At Diamond Collective, we stand by our craftsmanship and all pieces are carefully vetted before being delivered to a client. In the case of a manufacturing fault, we offer a 12 month manufacturing warranty.

How long does the whole process take?

If you are purchasing a loose diamond only, we estimate three to four weeks.
When creating a bespoke piece we estimate four to six weeks depending on the time of year and the design complexity.
We can accommodate rush orders on a case by case basis.

What if I don't know the ring size?

Speak with us during your consultation for recommendations on how to obtain the most accurate ring size.

Do you have a showroom?

Do you provide valuations?

Diamond Collective can provide independent valuations. Speak with us during your consultation.

What is your returns policy?

Whilst DC do not offer a refund for simple change of mind, we are committed to making this process as visual and transparent as possible.
We do understand that occasionally your new fiancé may wish to make some changes to the design, in which case price can be quoted upon request.

Should I insure my Jewellery?

We recommend cover for your design as you never know what life can throw at you. Q Report provides cover both inside and outside your home. You will be insured for damage, theft or even loss. It is an agreed value policy with many more features and benefits, including the ability to return to us as your preferred jeweller for replacement or repair.
