WARRANTY

At Diamond Collective, we offer a twelve-month manufacturer's warranty with every custom piece. Here is what you should know about this type of warranty:

You Can Void It

Should you bring our piece to an outside jeweller for resizing or repairs, this will void it as Diamond Collective cannot be held accountable for any outside work on their jewellery.

Normal Wear & Tear

We know you want your piece to be an everyday companion, and that means it’s subject to wear and sometimes damage. Think about how much you do each day, especially using your hands! Your manufacturing warranty covers anything that can be drawn back to the manufacturing process. Anytime your design has diamonds incorporated, you will likely run into stone loss with time. This is completely normal and an easy fix. However, there's a difference between losing a stone because you're moving furniture vs. losing a stone out of the blue. Our jewellers inspect each ring carefully to determine the cause of the damage and if the repair is covered under our warranty. If we find the damage to be the fault of the wearer, we will happily repair your ring, but the cost will be passed along to the you. For example, if we find a diamond is missing because a claw is broken or lifted, this is an indication the wearer damaged their ring and would not be covered under the warranty. Taking proper care of your ring will minimize the amount of stone loss you experience, but any loss that doesn't quite make sense may be manufacturing related which this type of warranty covers. Make sure to discuss any stone loss you've experienced with your jeweller. General wear and tear and accidental damage includes but is not limited to, wearing of claws over time, lifting or moving of claws due to impact, loss of diamonds due impact on claws, discolouration of rhodium plating and misshapen bands due to repetitive wear and/or impact.

We suggest you have your diamond or gemstone jewellery inspected at annually and repaired if necessary.
Diamond Collective recommends having your precious jewellery insured to cover your pieces where manufacturing warranty is not valid.

INSPECTION

We suggest you have your diamond or gemstone jewellery inspected  annually and repaired if necessary. If you are located remotely you can bring it in or post to us for inspection should you feel it needs some care.

INSURANCE

Jewellery can be fragile — even a perfectly made ring may fall victim to being knocked and dinged against hard surfaces. There are microscopic claws holding each diamond in place, so it is possible for things to get damaged. A good policy under your insurance will ensure that you can have your ring repaired when you need to.

We recommend Q Report.

DC Dupe Ring T&Cs

Our replica engagement rings are designed to closely resemble your original custom engagement ring while providing a more affordable and travel-friendly alternative. These replicas are crafted in Stirling silver or 9ct gold and set with high-quality cubic zirconia stones in place of diamonds and 18ct gold.

Please note the following important conditions:

Design Accuracy: While we take great care to replicate the overall design and aesthetic of your original ring, slight variations may occur due to material differences.

Stone Differences: Cubic zirconia cannot be cut with the same precision or exhibit the same optical properties as a natural diamond. As such, the faceting, colour, brilliance, clarity, and dimensions of the replica stone may vary from the original.

Purpos of Use: This replica ring is intended for travel or casual wear. It is not a substitute for the original in terms of material value, craftsmanship, or longevity.

By purchasing a replica, you acknowledge and accept that the final product may not be an exact duplicate of your original engagement ring.

We are committed to delivering a high-quality piece that honours the essence of your original ring
